The working thesis
The business user should not need to think like a system operator. Instead of navigating transaction codes or hunting through application tiles, the user states what needs to happen. The agent interprets that intent, analyzes context, applies configured rules, and prepares or executes the controlled ERP action.
Joule for Work moves the interface from system navigation toward business intent → governed agent action → visible result.

Where architecture becomes more important
When navigation is no longer the primary constraint, value shifts toward reliable process design, clear decision rules, governed master data, and sensible boundaries around what the agent may do. Process quality, data quality, authorization, traceability, and exception handling determine whether the experience is genuinely trustworthy.
