What master data makes a Basic TM plan possible?
A planning profile cannot repair incomplete master data. Basic TM needs trustworthy locations, zones, time, distance, resources, equipment, carriers, freight agreements, and rates before it can make a feasible plan.

Basic TM combines transportation demand, master data, planning decisions, operating proof, and commercial settlement. A visible document status alone rarely explains whether the flow is feasible or recoverable.

Check zone membership, direction, mode, validity, distance, duration, and calendars.
Check equipment, resource availability, capacity, and product attributes.
Check agreement, carrier role, service, rate validity, currency, and calculation basis.

A valid customer address still produces no route
The customer location exists but is not assigned to the zone used by the route or lane. Planning therefore finds no reachability; the correction belongs in governed zone membership, not a manually forced Freight Order.
